Position

Remote Network Engineer 8/2010
Our Network Engineers are responsible for remediating issues with existing systems and designing new IT solutions to solve a client’s business problem. They offer solutions related to desktops, network file servers, operating systems, Exchange Email Systems, systems management, and LAN/WAN connectivity. We look for candidates with experience with security solution implementation for firewalls as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
As our Remote Network Engineer you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting for our clients using a variety of remote tools. In addition, you will monitor and review all alarms and determine the appropriate action needed to resolve them. You will work closely with our clients and our technical team to provide the best technical solutions.
Experience needed:
MCSE
3 – 5 years of LAN/WAN design, implementation and troubleshooting experience.
Comfortable with remote troubleshooting or network and server issues.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop platforms.
Strong technical and operating knowledge of command SMB IT functions including Network, Messaging, Backup, Antivirus and database.
This is a full time position in our Bloomington office.
